What we fix

The problems we fix most often

Recognise one of these? You're not alone, and most of them can be fixed without starting again.

  • 01

    It's slow

Pages that take ages to appear lose customers. We find what's slowing it down and fix it. Speeding up a WordPress site is £150.

  • 02

    It's broken on phones

Text too small, buttons hard to tap, things off the edge of the screen. We make it work properly on every phone.

  • 03

    It's not on Google

We check why Google can't find you, fix what's wrong and set up the basics properly. A search tune-up for a WordPress site is £300.

  • 04

    It's hard to update

Can't change your own prices or photos? We make it easy to edit, and show you how.

  • 05

    It looks out of date

We refresh the design so it looks like the business you are today, keeping what already works.

  • 06

It's been hacked or shows warnings

We clean it up, secure it, and make sure the padlock in the address bar shows.

  • 07

    The contact form doesn't work

Enquiries going missing? We fix the form and make sure every message reaches you.

  • 08

    Nobody is looking after it

Updates, backups and small changes for £79 a month, so problems get fixed before customers notice.

Getting ready

What we'll need from you

Not much. If you don't have something, that's fine: we'll work it out together.

  • Your website's address
  • What's wrong, in your own words (screenshots help if you have them)
  • A login to the site, if you have one (we'll explain how to share it safely)
  • Who built it and where it's hosted, if you know

The technical bit

Whatever it's built with

We work with the most common website systems, and we'll tell you honestly if yours is one we can't help with. For the curious:

  • WordPress the most common website system, and the one we fix most often.
  • Shopify and WooCommerce for online shops that are slow or losing sales.
  • Webflow for design-led sites.
  • A real result VoiceLink's mobile speed score went from 54 to 98 after we rebuilt their site.

Questions

Questions people ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us. Every plan and price is on our prices page.

Do I need to know what's wrong technically?

No. Describe it the way you'd tell a friend (“it's slow”, “the form doesn't work”) and give us your website's address. Finding the cause is our job.

How much does it cost to fix a website?

It depends on the problem, so we look first and then quote a fixed price. Some fixes have set prices: on a WordPress site, speeding it up is £150 and a search tune-up is £300. Prices exclude VAT.

Will I need a whole new website?

Usually not. We suggest the simplest fix first. If the site really is past saving, we'll explain why and what a new one would cost, and you decide.

How long does a fix take?

It depends on the problem, and we tell you in the quote before we start. If your site is down or losing you customers, say so and we'll prioritise it.

I don't have the login. Can you still help?

Often, yes. We'll help you ask for access from whoever built or hosts it. It's your website, so you should have the keys to it.

Can you stop it happening again?

Yes. Our maintenance plan keeps the site updated and backed up and fixes small problems before customers notice, for £79 a month.

Do you only work with businesses in London?

No. We're based in London and work with businesses across the UK and abroad, over phone, WhatsApp and video calls.
